Love is in the air! Spring is around the corner (that’s my story—at least we’re through January)! And in honor of Valentine’s Day and all things lovely, I’ve created a set of Valentine’s Day Copywork!
I love copywork—it’s such a gentle way to focus on grammar, spelling, handwriting, and memorization. Honestly—I think it’s a great life skill. I still write out bible verses that are particularly meaningful to me—or that I’m trying to memorize. And when I’m reading something that strikes me—writing out the passage helps me soak it in!
After many years of doing copywork assignments, it’s fun and rewarding to see my teenagers picking out quotes and verses that are meaningful to them (their chalkboard wall is always displaying something to inspire the soul)!

This copywork set includes beautiful coloring sheets with some of my favorite bible verses regarding our hearts and love—7 longer passages for older children and 7 short passages for younger kids. All the verses are taken from the NIV Bible—some have been slightly modified for the little ones.
